Access to Website
We do not require registration or login in order to browse on our site. If you sign up for our newsletter, downloadables, submit our contact form, or book a call, we will request identifying information, such as your name, phone number, and/or email address, as well as provide you with an opportunity to submit additional background information or content. We may then use your email address and other contact information to contact you about services on our Website for which you have expressed interest or to send you our newsletter or downloadable content. You have the option to opt out from receiving these types of information, and you may unsubscribe at any time from our newsletter.
All Information Collected and How it is Used
Information You Voluntarily Submit on the Website: We may collect personal information when you register with us, when you use our services, and schedule with us, such as your name, address, phone number, date of birth, and pronouns, email address, and other information you may choose to submit. This may also occur when you submit a contact us form or by subscribing to our email list. Additionally, we may use your personal information as set forth in the Access section above.
Information We Collect from Others/Third Party Partners or Vendors: We may receive information about you from other sources or you may submit it through other sources. We use Practice Better for our coaching calls (both discovery and on-going) and for payment for coaching services if you engage with Mary V. Wellness Coaching LLC for coaching services. Mary V. Wellness Coaching LLC will receive payments through Practice Better, but does not see detailed payment information, only name, email, card type, and last 4 digits of any card used. Additionally, if you engage for coaching services, Practice Better stores your personal data and provides a platform to book appointments with, conduct virtual sessions (via video calls), communicate with (via private messaging, questionnaires, document sharing, and session notes), and pay for 1:1 Coaching services (via Stripe integration). Practice Better is an electronic practice management tool which stores health records, appointment information and communication between practitioners and clients. We also use MailerLite for our web hosting, landing pages, and newsletter. Through MailerLite we will be able to collect and see information (see next paragraph) in addition to the information you submit. You can review their privacy practices HERE. We also reserve the right to use additional third party providers such as Google Analytics.
Automatically-Collected and Stored Information: We automatically collect certain information about you and the device with which you access the Website. When you use the Website, the information we collect may include your IP address, operating system type, browser type, domain names, referring website, pages you viewed, access time, and the dates/times when you accessed the Website. We may also collect information about actions you take when using the Website, such as links clicked.
