Wellness coaching is not about quick fixes, fad diets, or one-size-fits-all plans. It’s not a bootcamp, therapy session, or someone telling you what to do. Coaches never diagnose, or treat any physical, emotional or mental issues. Coaches can help you implement recommendations from your health provider, but diagnosing or treating a condition is out of scope. The role of a wellness coach is to guide and empower, not prescribe.
Wellness isn’t just about food and workouts—it’s about the whole person. So in our coaching sessions, any topic that supports your well-being is fair game. If it matters to you, it matters here.

Map it out: During our first 30-minute check-in - we will zoom out to set some meaningful 3-month goals—ones that feel exciting, doable, and totally aligned with your vision. Then we’ll zoom in and decide on the first small steps that will help you build confidence and momentum from the very start. You’ll leave this session with clarity, direction, and a plan you can actually follow.
Make it Happen: In our weekly 30-minute follow up check-ins, we'll review the progress toward your vision and goals, dive deeper into the most pressing issues, brainstorm new strategies for moving forward, and then agree on a set of goals for the following week. Think of it as a weekly Pep Talk + Progress Party + Strategy Session, all rolled into one! You’ll leave each check-in with a clear plan and a boost of encouragement to take with you for the week. Oh and you may even have a few unexpected “aha!” moments along the way!
